Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

We currently ship to the United States only.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order is processed, please allow 7–15 business days for delivery. While we strive to meet these timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to high demand.

Shipping Rates

• Free shipping on all orders over $75
• $6.99 flat rate on orders under $75

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 2–3 business days for tracking information to update.

Lost or Stolen Packages

NøKämī is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package, please contact your local carrier first, then reach out to us at support@nokamicore.com.
